What makes the Case Kicker® Different? Well, first off we have the US Trademark and Patents registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in accordance with the U.S. Constitution Patent and Copyright Clause in Article I, Section 8, Clause 8.

"To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries."

We support the Constitution as written in whole, not piecemeal.

There are a lot of others that claim to be our product, but we hold the copyright and trademarks to Case Kicker and Rapid Case Kicker ( You can see it here or on the USPTO TESS system.) but we are the only ones who can legally use either of those names.

We test, and test, and test before we release the product.
